Florals, butterflies, tie-dye, argyle, plaid, paisley, brocade, chequered, patchwork, watercolor, camouflage, heart, and animal prints are all fun and trending this Fall/Winter collection. Designers like Prada, Valentino, MSGM, Rodarte, Tory Burch, and Oscar de la Renta made a statement using florals in their Fall/Winter collection. While Michael Kors, Alberta Ferretti, Coach 1941, and Etro choose more patchwork inspired prints to feature. Marc Jacobs featured many different prints this season including mixing stripes and animal prints. Argyle patterns were also featured by Gucci.
It was forecasted and confirmed by Fashion Week 2019, street style, and celebrity outfits that snakeskin prints would be the must-have for 2019. However, I still think that the leopard print is a very close runner up. The Stoosh print collection creates versatility style and makes a statement to the wardrobe. Each item was carefully chosen whether it is a blazer or a pair of earrings or a blouse, adding some prints to the wardrobe is a win-win.
Happy print shopping and remember to focus on the size of your prints in proportion to your height.
